Whalley Range M16 - 5G Mast - Upgrade.

Post: Work in Progress

Main mast issue content taken from a post by Julie B who im looking to contact via her web page Whally Range 4 Wildlife. EE & 3 are the mobile provider, GMCA are the council. The Mast went up during lock down as many others are in the UK and is ready for Covid-19 phase 2. This is why they are expecting a second wave and the need for Field Hospitals.. Microwave Radiation Poisoning.

Freedom of Information request submitted to GMCA which received an inadequate response and delay trigger as standard corporate protocol. To understand the effect of these technologies on humans Microwaved Vets helps the reader build a picture of what the impact will be for those who are on the receiving end of microwave radiation poisoning.

The symptoms are similar to Corona Virus and Covid-19 also altitude sickness due to the 60GHz component sucking the oxygen from the air we breathe. In children this is being reported also as Kawasaki disease and is now seeing an increase in the locations where 5G technologies are installed.

NHS and Whistleblower content confirms these findings.

Alongside the Government proposed vaccine solution we are looking at a lethal microwave radiation densification cocktail that will cause harm and is in breach of the Nuremburg Code.

Review linked materials on the site. The connections will become clearer as you study what appear initially to be unrelated subjects.

Affidavit 0.9 covers my journey in this and related fields. The links and documents identify a corporate initiative to decrease world populations through microwave technology and vaccine deployment.

Local residents living in the Whalley Range area may not all be aware of a Planning Application which has now been resubmitted again in an attempt to upgrade the existing mast on Withington Road, in Whalley Range, to a 5G!

The existing mast is already an unsightly eyesore and the proposed upgrade will make it even more hideous and even more of an absolute blight on the landscape in this conservation area!

The main concern for this mast being upgraded to 5G are the many and growing concerns reported globally about its effect upon health, the environment and wildlife. Major cities in the world have banned it. There is an appeal by many international qualified scientists and medical specialists for 5G to be halted.

Totnes Council in Devon and Glastonbury Town Council have also halted 5G. Whalley Range is a conservation area and a small community and many local residents rightly have concerns about this. If you wish to make an objection to this planning proposal please do so as soon as possible as the deadline is Friday 4th October. Objections are not shown publicly on the City Council’s Planning Applications Portal.

When you go to the page via this link you can just type in the Planning Application Reference Number 124816/FO/2019 in the Search box to be taken to the Planning Application Details.  Once you are in that page and you wish to object you just need to click onto the Comments Tab.

Personal details and Comments/Objections are not shown publicly so the Comments Tab will be showing as 0.

Please note that there are certain grounds to make an objection to a Planning Application and some of them, or maybe all of them, which can be referred to in this particular case which are of concern are:

  • Hazardous Materials

  • Effect on listed building and conservation area

  • Layout and density of building

  • Design, appearance and materials

  • Nature conservation

You can include some or all of these grounds when making your objection. Please note that if you previously made an objection to the original Planning Application back in April you will still need to make a fresh objection to this one – you can use the same objection or add to it. There is much more information available about the dangers of 5G than via the sample of links below which you can click onto.

Let us help to try to keep Whalley Range safe, pleasant and green for us all and future generations of people and wildlife!

Readers of this site may remember last year that a Planning Application was submitted twice to Manchester City Council to upgrade the mobile mast on Withington Road to 5G.  As a result of objections being raised against this on both occasions the Planning Application was subsequently withdrawn.

However, WR4Wildlife has since discovered as of last week that this mobile mast is actually now being upgraded to 5G.

Please read the statement from local Councillor Angeliki Stogia which is reproduced below and was originally posted on the Whalley Rangers FB Group:

“I am very disappointed to report what we have uncovered about the crane on the corner of Range/Withington Road. For those that have not been out, a crane appeared Tuesday afternoon, we were notified by residents who enquired what is going to be built.

Having made ongoing enquiries since the crane appeared we are now advised that the works entailed swapping out existing antennae for 5G antennae.

The planning department has confirmed that this is allowed under planning legislation and that a formal planning application is not needed when the mast owners are using existing infrastructure.

This means that there was no community consultation because the works have been done under permitted development.

As Councillors, we supported the community last time to object to this mast when it was presented as a planning application.

Now neither we nor local residents can object or stop what has happened.”

Refer to the Grenfell Analysis and watch the Mayflower Unit trigger - 868MHz works with the SMART meter architecture to trigger activation. It is now believed these work together to form a compartmentalised detonation function.

SMART meters:

‘Smart’ Meters cause endangerment to residents through many factors and my reasons for denying consent for installation include:

1. Wireless ‘Smart’ Meters, when activated, emit intense, pulsed bursts of non-ionising, RF microwave radiation. More than 5,000 studies have shown that non-ionising microwave radiation/RF EMF is harmful to humans, animals and plants.

2. On 31st May 2011, the World Health Organisation’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) categorised RF EMFs as a possible CARCINOGEN (Class 2b) – the same as lead, DDT, chloroform & methylmercury.

3. On 6th May 2011, the Council of Europe issued a report titled “Potential dangers of EMFs and their effect on the environment” in which they called for an IMMEDIATE reduction in exposure to EMFs by children. The Council advocates a precautionary principle be applied to wireless emissions to prevent public health disaster akin to “tobacco, leaded petrol and asbestos”. ‘Smart’ Meters will increase – not decrease – the EMF exposure to members of a household and their neighbours.

Since most of the general public will not exercise restraint, there are only two alternatives to reduce the economic inductance of the system.

(1) Let the populace bludgeon each other to death in war, which will only result in a total destruction of the living earth.

(2) Take control of the world by the use of economic "silent weapons" in a form of "quiet warfare" and reduce the economic inductance of the world to a safe level by a process of benevolent slavery and genocide.

The latter option has been taken as the obviously better option. At this point it should be crystal clear to the reader why absolute secrecy about the silent weapons is necessary. The general public refuses to improve its own mentality and its fait h in its fellow man. It has become a herd of proliferating barbarians, and, so to speak, a blight upon the face of the earth.

The Nuremberg Code–A Critique

Abstract

The Nuremberg Code drafted at the end of the Doctor’s trial in Nuremberg 1947 has been hailed as a landmark document in medical and research ethics. Close examination of this code reveals that it was based on the Guidelines for Human Experimentation of 1931. The resemblance between these documents is uncanny. It is unfortunate that the authors of the Nuremberg Code passed it off as their original work. There is evidence that the defendants at the trial did request that their actions be judged on the basis of the 1931 Guidelines, in force in Germany.

The prosecutors, however, ignored the request and tried the defendants for crimes against humanity, and the judges included the Nuremberg Code as a part of the judgment. Six of ten principles in Nuremberg Code are derived from the 1931 Guidelines, and two of four newly inserted principles are open to misinterpretation. There is little doubt that the Code was prepared after studying the Guidelines, but no reference was made to the Guidelines, for reasons that are not known.

Using the Guidelines as a base document without giving due credit is plagiarism; as per our understanding of ethics today, this would be considered unethical. The Nuremberg Code has fallen by the wayside; since unlike the Declaration of Helsinki, it is not regularly reviewed and updated. The regular updating of some ethics codes is evidence of the evolving nature of human ethics.

Conclusion (acc. to author)

Women who were exposed to magnetic flux density ≥ 0.25 µT levels had an increased risk of miscarriage (HR 2.72, CI 1.42–5.19) compared to women with lower exposure (< 0.25 µT). The increased risk of miscarriage associated with high magnetic flux density was consistently observed regardless of the sources of high magnetic fields. The association was much stronger in the subgroup with measurements on a typical day of participants’ pregnancies.

The finding also demonstrated that accurate measurement of exposure to magnetic fields is vital for examining health effects of magnetic fields.

The authors conclude that the study provides fresh evidence, directly from a human population, that exposure to magnetic fields could have adverse biological impacts on human health.

Human Exposure to RF Fields in 5G Downlink Imtiaz Nasim and Seungmo Kim {in00206, seungmokim}@georgiasouthern.edu Department of Electrical Engineering, Georgia Southern University Statesboro, GA 30460, USA

Abstract—While cellular communications in millimeter wave (mmW) bands have been attracting significant research interest, their potential harmful impacts on human health are not as significantly studied. Prior research on human exposure to radio frequency (RF) fields in a cellular communications system has been focused on uplink only due to the closer physical contact of a transmitter to a human body. However, this paper claims the necessity of thorough investigation on human exposure to downlink RF fields, as cellular systems deployed in mmW bands will entail (i) deployment of more transmitters due to smaller cell size and (ii) higher concentration of RF energy using a highly directional antenna. In this paper, we present human RF exposure levels in downlink of a Fifth Generation Wireless Systems (5G). Our results show that 5G downlink RF fields generate significantly higher power density (PD) and specific absorption rate (SAR) than a current cellular system. This paper also shows that SAR should also be taken into account for determining human RF exposure in the mmW downlink. Index Terms—5G; mmW; Downlink; Human RF exposure; PD; SAR. I.

INTRODUCTION It is acknowledged that exposure to RF has negative impacts on human body. The rapid proliferation of mobile telecommunications has occurred amidst controversy over whether the technology poses a risk to human health [1]. At mmW frequencies where future mobile telecommunications systems will likely operate, two changes that will likely occur have the potential to increase the concern on exposure of human users to RF fields. First, larger numbers of transmitters will operate. More base stations (BSs) will be deployed due to proliferation of small cells [2]-[4] and mobile devices accordingly. This will increase chance of human exposure to RF fields. Second, narrower beams will be used as a solution for the higher attenuation in higher frequency bands [3]-[7]. Very small wavelengths of mmW signals combined with advances in RF circuits enable very large numbers of miniaturized antennas. These multiple antenna systems can be used to form very high gains. Such higher concentration of RF energy will increase the potential to more deeply penetrate into a human body.

V. CONCLUSIONS This paper has highlighted the significance of human RF exposure issue in downlink of a cellular communications system. This paper measured the exposure level in terms of PD and SAR, and compared them to those calculated in the Release 9 as a representative of the current mobile communications technology. Distinguished from the prior art that studied uplinks only, this paper has found that the downlinks of a 5G also yield significantly higher levels of PD and SAR compared to a Release 9. Our results emphasized that the increase stems from two technical changes that will likely occur in 5G: (i) more APs due to deployment of smaller cells and (ii) more highly concentrated RF energy per downlink RF beam due to use of larger phased arrays. As such, unlike the prior work, this paper claims that RF fields generated in downlinks of 5G can also be dangerous in spite of far-field propagations. Therefore, we here urge design of cellular communications and networking schemes that force an AP to avoid generation of RF fields if pointed at a human user with an angle yielding a dangerous level of PD and SAR. To this end, this paper identifies as the future work proposition of techniques that reduces human exposure to RF fields in 5G downlinks.
